Proposals for the qualifications to provide engineering consulting services related to the “2019 Capital Infrastructure Improvement Plan” for the City of Quincy will be received in the office of the Purchasing Department, City of Quincy, 730 Maine Street, Suite # 226, Quincy, Illinois 62301 until 4:00 o’clock p.m. Thursday, October 10^th, 2019.
