Description:

The purpose of this Bid is to seek a licensed general contractor for renovations to the existing City of Sebring’s Utility Department Customer Service counter room, located at 321 North Mango Street, Sebring, Florida.  The limits of the contract shall include an area within the confinement of a 135sf room and adjoining public service counter area.  This work shall include dust protection; demolition; existing material removal and containment; new wood construction; custom cabinet construction; bullet-proof glazing and bullet resistant wall-fabric installation and finishing work and painting. Also included shall be on-site material storage, debris removal, scheduling coordination with Owner and daily cleaning of work area after work for continual service to the public by the Utility Department employees during working hours.  The budget for this project is estimated at $60,000.00.
