Description: The City of Foley is requesting proposals from experienced firms to enter into a pre-event contract at no immediate cost to the City for the following services. On an “as needed” basis, contractors shall provide clean-up, demolition, removal, reduction and disposal of debris resulting from a natural or manmade disaster as directed by the City in order to eliminate immediate threats to the public health and safety. Also required is the elimination of immediate threats of significant damage to improved public or private property and that which is considered essential to ensure economic recovery of the affected community. Contractors shall also provide disaster recovery technical program management assistance to City officials. One or more proposers may be selected to provide differing elements or levels of scope of work in accordance with the capabilities and extent of involvement each respondent proposes.
