Question: Are the bids that were submitted in the original RFB still good, or are you requesting all new bids? Also, during the time period of the last RFB, a question was asked about providing a bid only for sound. The answer for that question was the following: "We prefer that the project be completed by one vendor, but will accept all proposals." Does this answer still stand?
Response: All bids must be resubmitted (if previously submitted) to be considered for this RFB. Per the specifications in the bid, we prefer that the project be completed by one vendor, but will accept all proposals.

Question: Do we know what distances you intend to shoot the projectors? All I see is screen sizes in the RFP. Does that mean we can install them wherever we need to? are there obstacles in the locations? Second thing, you will likely need to bump up resolution, I don’t think Epson or NEC has a 6500 lumen WXGA, most above 6000 lumens have gone to WUXGA (which is better anyway). Thank you!
Response: The distance of the project and screen will be determined by the vendor/installer. There are no obstacles in the way that would limit the distance of the projector installation. Please see attached items (photos and blueprints). If another projector is needed, please note that in your bid response. Please see attachments under addendums
