Installation of new flooring at the Police Department.

Minimum Bid Specifications
• Install approximately 3000 sq ft of LVT or engineered floors glued down
• 20 MIL required
• Tear carpet out in some areas where new floors as to be installed
• 850 linear feet of four-inch rubber baseboard installed
• Move furniture where needed to install new flooring
• 60 linear feet of rubber reducers for doorways where carpet is staying.

• Work must be completed by, January 1, 2023
