Please see the following questions below, and thanks for the opportunity to bid this project. 1. Will there be a list of the building materials for the structure that will be provided to us? 2. Regarding the re-installation of the turf, could you please provider who the manufacturer of the existing turf is? 3. What brands of the soccer equipment are we to be using? Question: The trees located on the left side, northwest of the complex adjacent to 28th St S. are protruding from the existing fence line and are not located on the drawings. Please confirm these trees will be removed and added to the site demolition scope of work.
Response: Trees identified in the plans, are the trees to be removed.

Response: As indicated in the Demolition Plan (refer to legend and hatch pattern), the shed and associated pavement are to be removed.

Response: Removal of existing screen and canopy walls shall be as indicated (refer to legend and hatch pattern) in the Demolition Plan. The wall in front (southeast) of the restroom facility shall remain in place. The canopy walls behind the restroom facility (northwest) shall be removed, as indicated in the Demolition Plan.
