The project includes clearing & grubbing, demolition of sidewalk, storm drainage, utilities, grading, paving, signage, and landscaping. Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A Pre-Bid Meeting & Site Inspection will be held at the job site on Tuesday, September 13 at 1:00 PM Eastern Time. This meeting is voluntary (not mandatory) but attendance is strongly encouraged. We will meet at 946 Waverly Road, Pawleys Island, SC 29585 at the Georgetown County Water & Sewer District (GCWSD) Water Tower. Parking is available on the street.
