The City will be purchasing the materials directly from MUSCO. The Contractor shall be responsible for accepting the delivery of equipment, properly storing all materials and the install of a complete and operational system per the manufacturer's instructions.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A voluntary pre-bid meeting will be held at the Foley High School Football Practice Field located at 1 Pride Place, Foley, AL 36535 at 10:00 a.m. CST on Wednesday, July 24, 2024. In the pre-bid meeting, the City will review the scope of work and the desired result.
