Question: 1. In the RFP it mentions a "Price Bidder Form", but do not see this form in the RFP document. The only pricing sheet I see is for labor rates on page 28. Is there a pricing document that breaks out the cost per school? 2. Does the district have maps of each school that shows the property boundaries of where we start and stop maintenance? 3. On page 23 of the RFP it states "A detailed list of each location and their respective acreage will be provided.", Can you please provide this list? 4. Under irrigation maintenance it states, "Repair or replacement of broken sprinkler heads, valves, and other components as needed", are all repairs included within the contract or are repairs billable? 5. Do trash cans need to be emptied year round or only when we service? 6. Is Snow and Ice removal included within the contract or is that a billable item? 7. Is the contract pay as performed or amortized over 12 months?

Question: Can you please confirm the address for the Southwest Foodservice Excellence (SFE) location? The address provided on page 37 of the RFP, 130 Rio Rancho Dr., does not have any building with RRPS name on it.

Question: Yellowstone Landscape ITB Questions 10-14-2024 Rio Rancho Public Schools Invitation to Bid Number: 2025-007-FAC Tree and Shrub Maintenance ITB Terms: Trimming and pruning of trees and shrubs to ensure healthy growth and safety, including removal of dead or hazardous branches. Monitoring the health of trees and shrubs and providing recommendations for treatments if necessary. Questions: • What is the target height for tree maintenance? • Are storm damage removals included in the general maintenance services? • Is it permissible to exceed the 10% material cost if a tree service is subcontracted for climbing and bucket truck operations? Seasonal Services ITB Terms: Leaf removal in the fall season. Snow and ice removal from walkways and parking lots in the winter (if applicable).
