Description: Dorchester County is soliciting proposals for general contractors to provide construction services under a Job Order Contract (JOC). A Job Order Contract is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity construction contract pursuant to which the Contractor may perform an ongoing series of individual construction projects at different locations and facilities in designated regions. This JOC program splits the State of South Carolina into seven regions in which contractors may propose to fulfill the requirements of the contract. Contractors may also propose to do work only in Dorchester County.

Pre-Bid Meeting Details: A pre-bid meeting will be conducted via Zoom Virtual Conference (details below). Attendance at the pre-bid meeting is strongly encouraged. The purpose of the pre-bid meeting is to discuss the JOC concept and documents, answer questions and discuss JOC from the contractor’s perspective.
