REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS #1321
STATE REVOLVING FUNDS (SRF) ENGINEERING SERVICES


The City of Springfield is soliciting qualification statements from professional engineering firms in connection with Tennessee’s State Revolving Fund (SRF) program. Springfield is requesting assistance in the construction and implementation of engineering services.
An engineering firm will be selected based on the following:

• Experience and Technical Expertise
• Availability of Qualified Personnel
• Ability to Successfully Design and Oversee Projects
• Record of Success on Similar Projects

All proposals should be submitted in a sealed envelope and marked with the following language: “Statement of Qualifications for SRF Engineering Services RFQ #1321”. Proposals must be received no later than 2:00 P.M. CST, June 3, 2025. They must be either mailed or delivered to: City of Springfield at 405 North Main Street, Springfield, Tennessee 37172, Attn: Ms. City Recorder.
