Description: Florence County, as part of the development of the Florence County Industrial Park East, will be constructing Phase 1 Infrastructure Improvements to serve the property located along US Highway 301/76 (East Palmetto Street) near the intersection of N. Emma Lane. The project consists of the construction of approximately 600 linear feet (LF) of on-site industrial park roadway, an SCDOT deceleration lane and left turn lane, mass grading of a 100,000-square foot (SF) building pad, extension of approximately 700 LF water main, and approximately 3,700 LF sewer gravity main.
