Work is anticipated to begin May, 2024 and be completed by the end of June, 2024.

Question: Good Afternoon - A few RFI's as we are reviewing the plan documents. 1- What is the current electrical source ? 2- Will a new panel and/or meter be required ? 3- Same with water source and meter 4- Will Bluffton be assessing Impact Fees on this project? 5- Is there are requirement for an emergency call station ? Not noted on plans 6- Any lighting requirements needed ? General/landscape 7- Would an option for a built-up ramp over drainage be approved in lieu of cutting the curb for temporary machinery access? 8- No notations are made for low voltage/wifi/sound etc. any requirements there that we should be aware of? Thanks in advance for your help on these --
