Description: The Village of Buffalo Grove will select a Construction Management firm (CM) to provide Construction Manager at Risk Services associated with the redevelopment of the Villages Public Works Facility located at 1650 Leider Lane, Buffalo Grove, Illinois for adaptive reuse. The Village already has an Architectural & Engineering firm under contract for this project. It is the Village’s intention to select one firm to perform the Construction Manager at Risk Services for this project. A general project description is available under the Scope of Services starting on page 7. Considerations will be given to similar project scopes with complete past performance shown along with references on that project.
