Question: Good morning, Can we include a cover, tabs, table of contents, and a cover letter? If so, are they included in the 25 page limit? Also, are resumes included in the page limit? Thanks!
Response: The cover, cover page, table of contents, and tabs are not included in the 25 page count. The resumes will be included in the 25 page count.

Question: A portion of the scoring criteria considers the proposer's cost and the lowest cost of all proposals. Has the County considered the Competitive Consultants Negotiations Act (CCNA) in including this in the scoring criteria?
Response: Services being requested under this RFP by the County do not include architecture, professional engineering, landscape architecture, or registered surveying and mapping services, therefore the Consultants’ Competitive Negotiation Act is not applicable.
