Question: If we do not have any W2 employees do we need to carry workers compensation insurance?
Response: Labor Code 3350-3371.1, Contractors must provide waivers showing the W2 workers are covered by a health insurance policy or health care service. Workers Comp form must be signed.

Response: Cover sheets, table of contents dividers, licenses, and resumes, and exhibits are not part of the 12 page limit.

Question: Is the Team Experience template meant to be used in place of any of Section 4 or 5 or is it meant to be attached to the end of the submittal as an exhibit? Is the "Past Project Experience" on the template meant for firm or individual inspector experience? If it is for the inspector, should there only be one reference project for each inspector?
Response: The Team Experience template is a separate exhibit not to be used in place of Section 4 or 5. The district is requesting three references for each individual.

Response: Yes, those fields can be left blank or revised for items that do not apply.

Response: As part of the response for Section 4.e; identify (2) examples of projects managed during school occupancy.
