Description:

Beaufort County is preparing to renovate the interior of the existing Bluffton Library. The work includes but is not limited to; Interior demolition, new stud walls and drywall partitions, painting, flooring, casework, doors & frames, electrical, mechanical, & fire sprinkler modifications.
The selected firm must provide all services in full compliance with all applicable local, State, and Federal laws and regulations.
The winning bidder will provide submittals and shop drawings for review for all materials and equipment prior to incorporation into the project. Before final acceptance, the Contractor will provide an as-built survey to Beaufort County Engineering.
