Description: The City invites interested bidders to submit bids for Materials for the NCDOT Project U-5945-Signal System Communications Upgrade. Greenlight Community Broadband (“Greenlight”) operates a municipally owned Fiber-to-the-Premises (FTTP) network serving more than 10,000 customers in Wilson, North Carolina and surrounding areas.
