Description: The purpose of this Bid is to procure an annual contract(s) to deliver the specified products identified on the Pricing Sheets, or city-approved equals within timeframe specified by bidders after receipt of a City Purchase Order. Deliveries must be in compliance with City’s requirements for palletizing, and off-loading by vendor’s transport when applicable. Failure to comply with palletizing and/or off-loading by vendor may result in a deduction from vendors invoice to compensate the City at cost for use of City staff and equipment. ALL PRODUCTS MUST BE LABELED FOR GOLF COURSE OR SPORTS TURF GRASS USE. Please note - Final day to submit questions regarding bid will be March 11, 2016 at 4pm. SEE Bid document for complete details.
