To assist the firm in submitting a qualification proposal, a recent community center program document that was developed by our consultant Ballard and King (B*K) is available for review. This document will be used in not only providing a visual representation of the facility, and will also be made available for an architect to use for the development of the actual building. Based on the City’s needs, this document and the requested building renderings should assist an architectural firm to take several steps that may include: square foot verification, floor plans, cost estimating, phasing of the project and ultimate design of the new facility.
