Description: a) Bi-weekly Bird Management Program for Pigeons using Ovitrol Whole Corn product applied by a professional applicator licensed in the State of New Mexico.
b) A minimum of one ovitrol machine is required per each building listed below.
c) In addition, two live traps are required to be stationed at any two of the buildings listed below at the discretion of the contractor.

3. Police Department – 602 W. Mermod St.
4. Fire Station #1/ Municipal Court – 405 & 409 S. Halagueno St.
