Description: Brevard County Sheriff’s Office, Florida, is seeking statements of qualifications from experienced firms to perform Construction Management Services for constructing the Brevard County Regional Training Center in Viera, FL. This project will be administered by Brevard County Sheriff’s Office Central Logistics Unit. Scope of work shall include construction management services for the construction of a newly designed, tilt-wall, three-story building of approximately 45,000 SF. Also included are associated site work, driveway entrances, parking spaces, walkways, utility connection, and dry retention stormwater management system. Landscaping, irrigation system, and sod installation will be included. Construction will be completed per the engineered design drawing of Tsark Architecture firm.
