Question: On the map, the portion that is highlighted in green how many miles exactly? Also on the map there are yellow and pink highlighted areas, are those that are highlighted in yellow and pink need to be mowed?
Response: Mileage – 8.03 miles in Conroe Park North. Mowing will be needed along the roadway, where it is not private property. No parcels will need to be mowed and as we sell land it will be less land to mow along the roadway. Sprinkler system will need to be checked once a month that it is operational

Question: Irrigation question. How many zones are there for each park? On the map, the portion that is highlighted in green how many miles exactly? Also on the map there are yellow and pink highlighted areas, are those that are highlighted in yellow and pink need to be mowed? We are a local vendor trying to make an assessment.
Response: There are two controller boxes. Mileage – 8.03 miles in Conroe Park North. Mowing will be needed along the roadway, where it is not private property. No parcels will need to be mowed and as we sell land it will be less land to mow along the roadway. Sprinkler system will need to be checked once a month that it is operational.

Question: For the certificate of insurance. This does not seem clear. To clarify and confirm does the certificate of insurance has to be presented as soon as vendor is awarded or does it have to be presented and attached in bid packet when submitted.
Response: Include the insurance certificate with your bid response.

Question: In regards to fertilizing grass, trees, and shrubs. Is there a specific location or, . . is it the entire location indicated in green?. Could you clarify for Conroe North?
Response: For Conroe Park North, the only areas to fertilize will be the trees and shrubs in the planter beds marked on the maps with a red “x”. No fertilization is necessary along the roadway for mowing.
