Description: The Contractor shall provide self-contained, rear mounted truck, cold application spray injection patching machine with an experienced and certified operator, a cold applied asphalt emulsion, supplies, tested and approved aggregates, fuel, and all other incidentals in order to deliver up to ten (10) tons of cold applied spray patching in place within an 8 hour working shift, as needed or as directed for the City of Milton. Work locations will be determined by the City and could include any city owned street. The City Representative and the Contractor will determine the amount of time it will take to complete the work prior to a task order being issued. The Contractor will be providing a daily rate for the minimum of three (3) days and maximum of seven (7) days for the year. The City of Milton reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities, and to make award in the best interest of the City of Milton. See Document(s) below:
