Question: I see the Sample Notice has your logo in full color. Do you require this to print in full color or is black and white acceptable?
Response: Black ink is satisfactory. The Escambia County Seal does not need to be in color. Any firms who have already submitted their bids have the opportunity to change their bids prior to the deadline for bid submission.
