following Asbestos Surveying services on the Highlands County Sheriff’s Office Animal Services Project (located at 7300 Haywood Taylor Blvd, Sebring, FL 33876). The proposed construction consists of a new +/- 3000 square foot building, as an addition to the existing +/- 1000 square foot office building, construction of three (3) parking area, sidewalk, retention pond, and reconstruction of a +/- 600 squarefoot covered dog pen.
