Question: Hi this is Luther Brown with Taylor Power Systems again: 1) On each of your site sheets there is a statement reading "Items to be covered under this agreement". You list Oil, Antifreeze, Oil Filters, Fuel Filters, and Fuel Level. Are you requesting Fuel to be supplied or added to your tanks and Antifreeze replaced? Thank you for your response.
Response: 1. Adding fuel is not required. Notification of low fuel levels is requested. 2. I am not certain on the antifreeze question. That would most likely be based on the requirements typically accepted for normal maintenance. Low coolant levels or the need to replace coolant would be expected if the vendor deemed it necessary for proper operation. I hope this helps answer your question. Thanks

Question: Hi my name is Luther Brown with Taylor Power Systems in Mobile, AL. I am currently working on a quote to submit for your solicitation. Can you please answer the following questions: 1) What is the exact date for the deadline to submit a quote? (My printout states 9/19/18 but the website says 9/20/18 10:15AM CST. 2) Can you provide anymore details as to what services you are requesting? (Taylor Power Systems' standard Preventive Maintenance Program consists of 1 Basic Annual Service per year and 1 follow up 41 Point Inspection. A total of 2 visits per year). Thank you very kindly for your response.
Response: 9/20/18 is the deadline. 9/19/18 is the deadline for questions. There should have been an attachment with each generator description. The requested service is a biannual service check per year. We are also requesting any needed repair service for all station generators. Also, due to the need for emergency services to be in a constant state of readiness a timely response will be needed.
