Building floor plan is attached; room marked for countertop and backsplash replacement. It is the contractor’s responsibility to measure counter for accurate measurements.
Furnish labor and material to remove the existing countertop, backsplash, and existing sink in the below listed locations. Furnish and install new countertop and backsplash replacement, matching type of material and style removed, and reinstall the existing sink in the below listed location:
