Question: Will the agency accept partial orders within the 7 day delivery time and/or consider alternate lead times given high quantity requested?
Response: The desire is to have all machines delivered within an appropriate time frame, we need to have installed within a 14 day window.

Question: Is the school district only accepting offers from manufacturers and authorized distributors?
Response: We are accepting from anyone who is able to validate the warranty, the sale and the pricing.

Question: Will the district allow a single vendor to submit multiple Temperature Kiosk configurations or options?
Response: We will review any machines with the specifications we indicated.

Question: • Multi-point temperature measurement is a very specific and unique ask for the tablet/kiosk market. Do you already have a product in mind?
Response: No we do not have a product in mind, but we have reviewed several machines and want to ensure the specificiations we desire are met.

Question: When asking for Facial recognition; do you mean to ask for Facial Detection so the system confirms it is a human face present prior to the temperature being taken OR is the intent to then confirm the identity of the person with Facial Recognition against a database of individuals?
Response: Human face is being detected

Question: Will the district consider a solution that is not dust/waterproof and that requires 1ft distance rather than 3ft? Can you also supply a list of the locations, quantity per location and which ones will need a lift gate please?
Response: We will consider an alternative solution, however, these specifications are the preferred specifications. I will post a list of location by addresses, please note the ONLY location that does not require a lift gate will be the warehouse, all other locations will need a lift gate considering they are schools or other buildings.
