OUSD is soliciting proposals to economically landscape grounds in three areas. Low maintenance, drought resistant, low water demand plantings in an attractive and inviting look is the goal. The three areas are prioritized as 1. A place to grow preschool. 2. The district office as it faces Ojai Ave. 3. The Montgomery St. frontage. These area are shown on the attached map.
