Description:
The Escambia County Water Quality Laboratory (ECWQL) is located at 3363 West Park Place in Pensacola, Florida. The ECWQL needs certified laboratory testing to support the joint EPA National Coastal Condition Assessment and National Aquatic Resource Surveys (NCCA/NARS) monitoring programs. The ECWQL requires a NELAP certified lab that operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM. All responses are subject to a Water Quality Land Management Division (WQLM) and third-party review. The award may be for the complete project or a partial scope. Because of the specialty testing requirements, subcontracting is allowed and laboratories that have corresponding specialty testing capability are encouraged to complete the quote for the section in which they have capability. Support documents such as the Laboratory Operations Manual is included. The Document Request forms for Chemistry and Biology are attached are for requirement informational purposes only and will only have to be filled out if awarded the work.
