Question: Thank you for updating. Is Page 5 quote no longer needed since it is not reflected on the utilization page?

Question: On page 7, the request is for 70-page per minute single function printer. Would you be willing to consider a 50 page per minute single function printer instead? There is currently no single function printer on the market that can meet a 70 ppm output speed requirement.
Response: The parameters provided for each machine type requested are a minimum specification. You are free to provide pricing for an increased unit (multi-function in this case), however the 70PPM is a minimum and will not be adjusted.

Question: Thank you for updating per my original question. When reviewing the new request for quote you indicated on page 6, requesting 3 of those machines, but on the estimated utilization page, there is no location showing page 6 as the requested machine. Also, when you add up the quantities on the quote pages, it comes up to 35 machines, but on the estimated utilization page, it comes up to 34 machines. Can you verify the quantities and locations of desired machines are correct?
