We are requesting 1 year renewal maintenance and support for the following:
This is the first renewal for the quantity of (3) Dell XC730xd-12 Series nodes used for our Hyperconverged Infrastructure.
The original purchase using PO 170916 on 12-15-2016, included 3 years of the following hardware and software support from point of sale.
That support is now up for renewal.
Make sure you include both the 1 Year XC Maintenance Licensing and 1 Year XC Hardware and Software Support.
The current support ends on Jan-10-2020 so we need a one year renewal quote.
Each three Dell XC739xd nodes have these items currently for support and are needed for renewal:
