Prices quoted shall include all labor, materials and any costs associated with concrete sidewalks, asphalt paving overlay, and raise floor drain for the site location. All work shall meet the latest requirements of the South Florida Building Code, as well as adhering to all state, county and municipal codes, guidelines and regulations.
