Description:

The Village of Buffalo Grove is seeking a total quantity of 15,000  cloth face coverings("masks"). The masks must be washable and reusable. The Village requests the masks  be delivered in quantities of 2500-5000 with the first shipment arriving no later than 10 days after order placement and each subsequent shipment arriving no later than 1 week after the previous shipment. Delivery methodology and schedule shall be submitted with quote.

Each quote must be accompanied with product detail information describing materials used in the construction of the mask and a picture of the mask to be provided.

Pricing shall include delivery costs.
