demonstrate familiarity with State Brownfield VCTC program (https://floridadep.gov/waste/waste-cleanup/content/voluntary-cleanup-tax-credit)
and cite/submit resume history of at least last three years of valid Florida
State Brownfield VCTC Application certification/verification in which the
submitting firm has verified/certified as per standards established by the
