Description:
Escambia County is seeking Scopes of Work and pricing quotes for landscape maintenance work on varies County owned parcels for fiscal year 2018/2019. The parcels range in size and scope but all require standard industry maintenance to include but not be limited to: mowing, shrub hedging and line of sight trimming, weed control, litter pickup, fire ant control and irrigation maintenance. The sites are in County owned rights-of-way. The contract will be for one (1) year in duration. A site inspection tour will take place on Thursday, September 27, 2018 for the purposes of discussion and instruction for each individual site. A County project coordinator will meet interested contractors at the north end of the E Street site (corner of E St and Texar Blvd.) at 10:00 A.M. Contractors will then have until October 5, 2018 to submit their job bid.
