Description: Oconee County Board of Commissioners, (d/b/a Water Resources Department, OWNER), requests Statements of Qualifications and Proposals (SOQ/P) from qualified Contractors, Engineers, or Technicians (CONTRACTOR) for flow testing and inspection of fire hydrants located within Oconee County. The CONTRACTOR will also determine if hydrants are in compliance with AWWA M17, Installation, Field Testing, and Maintenance of Fire Hydrants.The Project will be an ongoing program with a two-year cycle that will visit, evaluate, document and service all of the fire hydrants within Oconee County.
