Scope of Work:
1. Provide approximately 900 acres of woodland property adjoining housing area for the base of the Search and Rescue Exercise
2. Provide bunk style housing and parking for approximately 100 participants beginning at noon on Thursday, September 12, 2019 and concluding at noon on Sunday, September 15, 2019
3. Provide adequate meals and dining area for approximately 100 participants as follows:
A. Breakfast at 7:00 am – Three (3) per person
B. Lunch at 12:00 pm – Three (3) per person
C. Dinner at 6:00 pm – Three (3) per person
The first meal will be lunch on Thursday, September 12, 2019 and the last meal will be breakfast on Sunday, September 15, 2019
Meals are not to exceed current North Carolina per diem rates.
4. Provide adequate nutritional and hydrating refreshments/snacks for participants for the duration of stay.
5. Provide three (3) meeting rooms with seating, tables, projector and wireless internet for approximately 35 people per room for 3 days (September 12 thru September 15)
The award of a contract under this solicitation will be paid with federal funding. Funding is contingent upon compliance with all terms and conditions of funding award. All prospective contractors shall comply with all applicable federal laws, regulations, executive orders, FEMA requirements and the terms and conditions of the funding award. In addition, vendor submitting quotes shall be responsible for complying with state law and local ordinances.
