Description:
The Conklin Migrant Head Start, 3501 Sehler Road, Conklin, Ottawa County, MI 49403 is in need of flat roof replacement.
? Remove and properly dispose of all existing roofing down to the roof deck. Including all membranes, insulations, flashings and metals.
? Replace any damaged decking.
? Install two layers of insulation over entire roof surface.
o Include tapered drain sets to enhance roof drainage.
? Install roof system complete with all flashings and accessories according to manufacturer’s specifications.
? Metal: Furnish and install 24-gauge, standard beige color.
? Furnish a 20-year warranty on materials and workmanship.
Building floor plan attached. Accurate measurements are the contractor’s responsibility.
NOTES:
? Contractor responsible for repair of any building damage as a result of the installation.
? Contractor to pay for costs of any required permits and application fees.
? Contractor will clean up and properly dispose of debris from site.
? Contractor shall make themselves aware of all site and building conditions related to work.
