Description:
It is the intent of
the City of Tallmadge to establish a contract to provide for complete
maintenance for the elevator (vertical transportation) located at Tallmadge
City Hall. The term of the contract will be for three (3) years beginning October
1, 2020, with (2) one-year renewals if mutually agreed upon.
