Question: Is the S2 the only approved system? And is this already school wide ?
Response: Yes and Yes, We just need pricing on adding extra doors where needed.

Question: Question #1- Confirming you are looking for a price in the Quote Submission Total on Page # 3 of the RFQ that you would use as a Sample/Budgetary price per door for the basis of this RFQ? Question #2 - Confirming the awarded bidder would be requested to quote each door at a later date with a more firm price based on the Exhibit A on page #4 of the RFQ utilizing those unit prices for Materials & Labor? Question # 3 - Confirming you will allow the awarded bidder to price in the required materials that were not covered in Exhibit A when they provide you with the firm quotes per door based on question #2 listed above? Question #4 - In reference to where you state "Approximate date delivery is required:" on Page #4 of the RFQ. Are you referring to the Date the materials would be shipped or is it in reference to wanting to know the delivery date of competing installation for 1 door of S2 access control?
Response: #1. Yes we just need pricing on Page #3 #2. Yes, you would price out each job #3. In the case, that installation requires something that is not listed in this RFQ, yes but only with prior approval. #4. That would be discussed considered on a per job basis.
