Question: What specifically are you needing under "File Set-Up"? I have pricing for the signage, however, need to be sure on the files. Are we pricing the design of signs and providing certain files to you, or do you do the design and send it to us? Are we keeping files FOR you and billing for designing layout? Do we deal with the county or directly with the customer who purchased the signage from you?

Response: 1. Please refer to the attachment 2. Files are sent to Vendor for graphics production. Majority of our needs are for sign production. 3. Either a file provided for production or both graphic design and production, based on our clients needs 4. The graphic files will go back to our client 5. We are a department of Escambia County, and you would deal directly with us.
