Escambia County Neighborhood Enterprise Division (NED) is seeking environmental consulting services for its federal HUD Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) residential rehabilitation program. The primary scope of work will be related to lead based paint (LBP) survey/inspections, preparation of LBP abatement work plans as needed, project monitoring, clearance testing, paint chip/soil/lead wipe sample analysis, and site visits for re-inspections of encapsulated LBP after project closeout. Additionally, testing is required to determine the presence of asbestos materials or mold in residential homes. See attached RFP for further details.
