Description: Florence County is looking for a vendor to perform the following: pressure washing before repairs to remove mildew, mold, dust, etc. Replace rotten and damaged wood including crown molding and wood under soffits. Also to check for molding damage, remove and install new fillers (no patching). Prime all bare wood and caulk where needed, paint all trim work (2 coats semi-gloss enamel) using paint specified by library and wash all windows after completion of work. MANDATORY PRE-BID date and time: 08/14/2018 @ 11:00am.
