Question: Sir or Ma'am, Thank you for considering Securitas as a vendor for security services. At this time, Securitas would like to withdraw from the RFP for this bid. We do ask that we be kept on file for any future considerations. How do I withdraw our company from the bid without harm?
Response: Good Afternoon: Any organizations that do not wish to submit a quote can simply not submit a quote. This would not eliminate any organizations from future considerations for quotes.
