Provide
labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, and management
to preform Asbestos Testing, Survey, Sampling, and Inspection for various
property’s located within the City of North Charleston. Companies must be able to open and close the
structures to include removing the plywood and putting the plywood back up once
finished with their inspection. Plywood
may need to be removed to obtain window glazing samples. Reports must be completed and delivered to
the City within 60 days. All structures
are vacant and scheduled for demolition.
Each stricter on the property should be inspected.
