Description:
MHS- Replacement of existing 8100 sq./ft.+/- single ply roofing at Main Gym with foam roofing per attached project specs. Demo and install 15,000 SQ/FT +/- of comp shingles 40yr Warranty, Low Profile O'Hagin Roof Vents per title 24 recommendation , 2x2 Edge Metal TBD, and Synthetic Underlayment per manufacture recommendations. Durablocks are to be installed under all exposed piping every 10' at both roof systems.
Any Damaged Plywood shall be replaced on a T&M basis after PUSD approval.
