The attached specifications section #02071 were originally intended for a general contractor responsible for the construction of a large liner installation project. The responsibilities associated with general contractor duties and responsibilities are not subject to this request for quote.  The request for quote is solely for the manufacturing of one full roll, approximately 12,400 sq.ft., of 60 mil Geomembrane (HDPE) and is intended for the manufacturer only. * Any duties and/or responsibilities intended for or referenced to the general contractor do not apply. 

*A revision has been made the to the quantity of material only.
