Description: The Highlands County Engineering Department invites you to provide a price quote to perform the following Geotechnical Engineering and Construction Material Testing services on the Highlands County Sheriff’s Office Animal Services Project. The proposed construction consists of a new +/- 3000 square foot building, as an addition to the existing +/- 1000 square foot office building, construction of three (3) parking area, sidewalk, retention pond, and reconstruction of a +/- 600 square foot covered dog pen.
